WORK WITH ME

Invite Me In

You may know exactly what you want to explore.

Or you may simply notice that something deserves a closer look.

A friction.

A feeling.

A recurring situation.

A relationship.

An idea.

An opportunity.

A sense that something more is possible.

That’s enough to begin.

Let's Start With What You're Noticing

I don't begin by assuming I know what the problem is— or what you need.

Depending on what brings us together, that may mean a conversation with you, spending time in your business, meeting the people involved, observing the environment, or experiencing the dynamics as they happen.

I pay attention to what emerges through every interaction and conversation.

I begin by listening.

I listen to the words being used and notice tone, behavior, body language, breathing, and the dynamics between people.

I connect the dots.

I see...

A pattern.
A belief.
An unspoken tension.
A relationship dynamic.

Something asking to be acknowledged or released.

But I also see the light...

The strengths.
The gifts.
The potential.
The opportunities.

What may be waiting for the space to emerge.

And when something feels worth bringing forward, I put it on the table for us to explore.

Sometimes I may share what I see directly.

Sometimes a question opens something worth exploring.

Sometimes we explore privately.

Sometimes the people involved need to be in the room.

There is no predetermined formula.

I don’t begin with a modality or a predetermined solution.

The different approaches I have studied and practiced are available to me, but they are not the work itself.

The person comes first.
The situation comes first.
What is present comes first.

The form follows what we discover.

Where It Goes From There

Sometimes the initial exploration is enough.

Sometimes it reveals something worth continuing.

If it does, we shape the work around what is actually needed.

It may involve an individual, a relationship, a team or a wider part of the business.

It may unfold through conversations, experiences, real-time observation or ongoing work together.

The approaches I have studied and practiced are available when relevant.

We discover the work through the work.
